From Marion French Tutoring to Le P’tit French Club

Hi, I’m Marion – Founder of Le P’tit French Club

Bienvenue! I’m Marion, a proud French native from the charming town of Angers, nestled along the Maine River in the heart of the Pays de la Loire.

After more than a decade of living abroad and immersing myself in diverse cultures, my passion for teaching French and sharing the richness of my culture has only deepened. Le P’tit French Club is the result of years of experience, creativity, and love for building connections through language and culture.

A Little About Me

With 16 years of experience in education and International child protection, I’ve worked as an educator, teacher, and project coordinator across Europe and Africa. 

I’ve had the privilege of living in six countries, which has shaped my approach to teaching and strengthened my belief in the power of language and cultural exchange as tools for personal and professional growth.

My Journey with Le P’tit French Club

Over the past 5 years in London, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching French to clients of all ages—children as young as 4, teenagers, and adults at all levels. I’ve:

  • Trained 15 tutors, equipping them with creative teaching techniques
  • Designed and developed a wide range of learning materials
  • Hosted over 80 social events for adults and children, building a thriving community around the French language and culture
  • Launched a podcast to inspire and connect French learners

Since relocating to Lisbon a year ago, I’ve been expanding Le P’tit French Club with exciting events and opportunities for learners in this vibrant city.

I’m also a mum. Raising my own bilingual child has been one of my greatest inspirations. Watching them navigate and embrace multiple languages and cultures reminds me every day of the power of communication and connection. Together we have met so many wonderful people from the world!

● For Children: We offer support for bilingual kids, beginners, and those struggling with French curriculum.
● GCSE and A-Level Preparation: Tailored guidance to help students excel in their exams.
● Adults: From individual face-to-face classes in London, Lisbon, or Angers, to online corporate French lessons, we provide flexible options for all levels.
● Other languages : Additionally, as we are based in London, Angers, and Lisbon, we can also provide English and Portuguese lessons on demand, expanding our language offerings beyond French.

Our approach is encouraging, attentive, and always tailored to meet the individual goals of each learner. We believe in making students feel comfortable and enthusiastic about their language journey. I personally design the lesson plans with creativity and passion, we work as a team with the tutors ensuring that every session is engaging and fits each student’s learning style. For children, we foster curiosity and a love for learning by building friendly relationships that make the process enjoyable.
